However, this entire journey remained behind the scenes. The work focused on bulk production and wholesale — with little direct connection to the people who used incense sticks in their daily lives.
Coming from a background in Artificial Intelligence, my world was very different — more digital, more technical, and far removed from incense and fragrances. Yet, over time, routine began to feel repetitive. There was a growing curiosity and dissatisfaction — not because the work lacked value, but because I felt there was something more that could be built.
I did not want the legacy created by my family to remain only in the background. I wanted to give it a new direction — to bring it from backend to front-end, and to connect directly with people and society.
